Signing a partnership agreement with the ANPE

The National Agency for Employment and the Burkina Faso Exterhum Africa have signed a partnership framework agreement laying the foundations for future collaboration. This framework agreement is the culmination of several months of discussion and consultation on the needs and visions of each.

This is Exterhum Africa that took the initiative in early 2012, approaching the ANPE and meet his former Managing Director, Benoit Kabore. The deputy head of Exterhum Africa, Dina Yanogo, is part of an observation: on one hand the mining sector and will have a significant need for skilled technical staff, secondly the Burkina Faso has many seekers unskilled jobs.
The affiliate Exterhum Africa to the Chamber of Mines has been decisive in identifying mining issues. The meeting with Benedict Kabore followed several working sessions, gathering including Mr. Richard Bationo, director of the National Employment Agency of the Central region, Mr. Hato Ouédraogo, Adviser to the DG for Employment and Miss Elise Cannuel Relations Manager Exterhum external to Africa.

Mr. Tamboura Ousséni taking over from Mr. Kabore to the Directorate of ANPE, the thought process was relaunched with a new dynamism.
Ms. Yanogo stressed the full readiness of Exterhum Africa to make this partnership successful, so the demand for employment in the mining sector to cross the national demand.
As part of this partnership, a mining business directory has already been prepared and transmitted to the ANPE.
This framework partnership agreement will be implemented through specific agreements on the various joint actions.
It is envisaged include the creation of a database of jobseekers with qualifications and skills for the mining sector.

The launch of this collaboration has a number of advantages for customers Exterhum Africa, including ensuring that technical aptitude tests can be conducted in a rigorous and professional manner in cooperation with the ANPE during the recruitment process but also access to the broadest base of Burkina Faso profile data.

Exterhum Africa participated in the 5th Promotion mining days, from 6 to 8 December 2012 in Ouagadougou. These events were organized by the Burkinabe Ministry of Mines, Quarries and Energy.

Those days were under the theme “Mining and Community Development”. Exterhum Africa emphasized at Promin, its support and advisory services in the context of negotiations between mining companies and local communities. Signing a partnership agreement with 2ie

On 27 November 2012, a framework agreement of cooperation was signed with the 2ie Foundation, International Institute for Higher Education and Research.
2ie form specialized contractors-engineers in the fields of Water and Sanitation, Environment, Energy and Power, Civil Engineering, Mines and Managerial Sciences.
Exterhum Africa and 2ie want to combine their expertise to better meet the needs of employers and graduates.

This is for both partners to contribute to the integration of the national labor market and subregional 2iE students and graduates. Moreover Exterhum Africa will enjoy 2IE of technical skills within recruitment process for specific profiles.

Customers Exterhum Africa will find several advantages, namely access to profiles of excellence and the benefit of expertise in recruitment to the engineer level.
Cooperation between Africa and Exterhum 2ie will be realized on the basis of specific cooperation agreements.

AFRICA EXTERHUM the days of Companies 2ie

2ie, International Institute of Higher Education and Research, aims to train entrepreneurs engineers specialized in the areas of Water and Sanitation, Environment, Energy and Power, Civil Engineering , Mines and managerial Sciences.
2ie organizes every year since 2005 days devoted to meetings between students and graduates on the one hand, and potential employers on the other.
Exterhum Africa was present on 14 and 15 June 2012 among a hundred companies. Exterhum Africa could meet graduates and collect their CV. This was an opportunity to provide everyone a few tips on writing a good resume and job search efforts.
This participation in the Days Enterprises has launched a process of reflection on a collaborative partnership with 2ie which culminated in November 2012 with the signing of a framework agreement.

Exterhum Africa was represented at the first edition of the International Fair of Energy, Mines and Quarries (Semica) held from 21 to 24 March 2012 in Ouagadougou.

Exterhum Africa presented its services to mining companies and service providers. Exterhum Africa could, moreover, meet potential partners and collect many applications of different profiles, including geologists and engineers in civil and electrical engineering.
